Andromeda Galaxy - M31

6 hours at bandwidth 6 MHz with AirSpy Mini compared to Eduard Mol 3 meter dish.

I tried with this beautiful weather to see what I detect when I aim the dish at the Andromeda Galaxy. This is the result of 6 hours of Lights and 6 hours of Darks, using an Airspy mini SDR with a range of 6 MHz bandwidth. I will definitely repeat this experiment a few more times. I don't know if I actually received data from the galaxy (so I am not 100% convinced it at the moment), but the shape of the spectrum gives hope. I compare my result with a two 3 meter dish professionals.
